I think for me it's because Four looks amazing in everything and is jaw-droppingly beautiful so it's hard not to buy her fab things and let her go to it. I've had lots of hideous shopping experiences with Miniminx. I was trying on a kaftan in Liberty and as I pulled it down over my rather voluptuous chest, I began to tear it with a loud ripping sound which led to loads of panicked miming between the two of us, in a minuscule changing room.
