Sick toddler. Fever of 102, no other symptoms .. yet.
Waiting for the proverbial shit to hit the fan and the big one to catch whatever it is that the little one has.
So, in all likelihood, I will be spending the next few days tending to one flopsy whiner (aged 1 ¾ ) ,one whingey wall-bouncer (aged 4 ¾) while I, myself, will be pursuing a line in resentful sink-mutterering. Husband will be practicing evasive urgent meeting attendance.
That’s it. Nothing to see here. Move along, please.
If you really wanted to read something new by me , though (she said, pathetically, looking up with what she hoped was a winning smile) you could pop over to Bambino Goodies where they have posted my most recent piece.
In the meantime, I console you with the much promised photo of Bagpurrito.

Sorry – been done that sick route (very recently with the ED visit for croup), and yes, they love to share the germs if nothing else.
He looks like our old Charlie – I will have to scan and email you photos.
Will pop on over to Bambino, and not look at cutee baby things, which make me broody.
You have my sympathies, even now mine is a pathetic scrap when she is ill. Come to think of it, so am I!

Hope all’s well with the kiddies. We are constantly being stricken by norovirus mayhem; I blame the school, the breeding ground, maybe even the nerve centre itself…hey, these teachers need a bit of peace from time to time; we only get 13 weeks holiday (I hope I can say that being one myself). Curious to be “twittered” (new verb) by a dating agency; I had a woman who teaches people how to make bows following me…the mind BOGGLES.

You have my utmost sympathies. We too are the House of the Sick, in fact I have just this moment hung a large black spot above the door to identify it as such.

Bad luck. At least they bounce back quickly…

thanks for well wishes. So far Four escaped and One perking up slightly.
I am still muttering, however..
something to cheer you….was in Whole Foods today….the Express Line sign reads, “10 items or fewer” (not less!)
hope the sickness has passed.
The resentful sink-muttering was reward enough. OH YES. Best wishes to you, though, and good luck – it is just HELLISH when you are stuck in the plague house. Cx
